UK Compressor Sites

In 2016 & 2017 CMA Systems were awarded a contract to deliver replacement Fire & Gas systems for two UK based compressor sites.

The project encompassed the following elements:

• Specification
• Systems design (hardware & software)
• SCADA/HMI design
• FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
• Commissioning
• SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
• Training

The system utilised for the following hardware:

• Station System:
  

Dual redundant EQP Controllers & remote I/O (detectors), with Wonderware InTouch SCADA operating on an Advantech Touchscreen HMI.

• Unit systems:

EQP Controllers​ with remote I/O (detectors).

The project was completed successfully, on time and within budget.
